When I charged my new Fitbit today, my watch showed it was downloading something while it was charging. What’s that about?  Thanks!!

Hi @GAMBassham - Did the screen offer any specific information about the download?  Fitbit devices will often download upgrades when charging, especially if the device is new. Maybe that was it.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I’ve attached a picture of the download screen if that helps. [Image.jpeg]

@GAMBassham - the picture did not come thru. Did you tap the camera icon at the top of the reply box to add the picture? If not, please try that.

Sorry, but there is no picture icon at the top of the reply box. There are icons for reply, bold face, italics, and a link, but no photo icon. The photo I tried send shows the face of my Fitbit with a round black circle surrounded by green circle and the download symbol worth the download percentage and the date and the time. Sorry I can’t get you a photo. Really do appreciate your help!

Here in the reply box there is a camera icon.  When I slide my mouse pointer over it, it says "Insert photos" .  Here is a screen snip of the string of icons at the top of the reply box, showing the icons ...
