ECG App Missing and cannot reinstall

The ECG app has disappeared from my Fitbit Sense and it will no longer install.

I restarted the watch and also uninstalled and reinstalled the Android app without any success.  I then tried a full factory reset of the Fitbit Sense and still will not install.  Fitibit firmware is 44.128.6.17.

Detailed steps:  Go to Settings -> Third Party Apps -> Compatible Apps, search for ECG, click on the open in the App link, then click on Install it prompts for permissions, runs a red status bar across the display for a few seconds and then changes back to the "Install" button.

Has ECG support been discontinued or is this just an issue with the latest Fitbit Sense update?

Finally got it to install.  Turns out the install seems to be stuck in a pending state.  I went into the devices (top-left corner of the App), clicked on the Sense Device, then Gallery, and removed an unneeded app.  When I clicked uninstall, it prompted to finishing pending installs first and answering OK did the install.
