ECG App disappeared and cannot find it

At 4pm today ecg app.appear on my watch.i was able to check my ecg reading.then now its 10pm trying it again.it says update.after pressing update the ecg app disapper and i cant locate it anymore.whats going on

Pls i need an answer.

I bought this pone specifically beacuse i need the ecg app.i already have  the inspire hr.i upgrade and then this.pls fix the problem.thank you

Try this: on the phone app tap on your profile picture (upper right corner on the dashboard). On the Settings page tap on the Sense tile. On the Sense Options page tap on the Apps tile. Scroll down the My Apps page and see if it is there. If not then tap on the All Apps tab and then search for ECG.
