My ECG disappeared and I can't seem to figure out why. Can anyone help?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, do you mean that the ECG App disappeared from your watch? Or is it not available in the App Gallery from the Fitbit app? Also, may I know the model of your phone?

Sorry about the delay in my response life has been crazy! I tried your suggestion and it still doesn't work I'm still missing the ECG. I have a pixel 5.. I'm not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help

Thanks for sharing more details and for trying the suggestions posted above. I've confirmed that your Pixel 5 is a compatible mobile device and because your post didn't mention, could you confirm if you were able to find the ECG app on the Fitbit app with the steps posted above? If not, may I know if you've traveled to another country? I'm asking this as the ECG app is available in certain countries that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to our medical products. You can view our complete list of supported countries here.
If you've not traveled, may I know what happened when trying to install the ECG app? If you got an error message, please take a screenshot so I can investigate on my end. You can follow the steps described in this post to attach files in your reply.

The same thing happened to me. There was an update available on the ECG app when I followed the instructions above. Once I installed the update, it re-appeared.
