Hello, I thought my ECG was missing too but I found it when I scrolled right to left all the way to the end and there it was. Not sure why they moved it. Hopefully that is where yours is too.

Hi @Sydnew. Welcome to the Community. @BfitShan Thanks for stopping by to help our member.

@Sydnew Thanks for bringing this to our attention. United Kingdom is an approved location and this app shouldn't have disappeared from your Sense. To work on this matter, may I know the model of your phone? Is the ECG app still available in the App Gallery on the Fitbit app?

In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Force stop the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Sense > Apps.
  3. Look for ECG and make sure the permissions are turned on. If there is a pending update, please install it.
  4. Tap Today at the bottom of the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Wait a few minutes and then check if this app appears on your Sense.

These steps did not work for me.

Something else that also seems related: I am also unable to select a clock face and have it stay selected. About a dozen times today, I have selected SpO2 Waveform and had it show up on the Fitbit only to disappear within five minutes and revert to the default clock face. Each time this happens, the ECG app also disappears.

Ugh. It just did it again. Seriously thinking about returning this. It does not appear to be even remotely reliable.

Hi There. I am having exactly the same problem. After getting my clock face and ECG app back, it resets after 10 minutes to the factory clock and the ECG app disappears. I too have tried everything suggested by fitbit and nothing works.

Does this mean that it also won't be recording the O2/sat at night, since we can't have that clock face selected while we sleep?
