Have you done the recent update? Since updating my Fitbit Sense to the most recent software, my ECG app is no longer working. Starts count down and then crashes and the device constantly keeps freezing. Up until updating the device, I had absolutely no issues. I have tried all of the suggestions and have even gone as far as factory resetting it to no avail, which makes me think it’s something to do with the most recent update.
