Hallo everyone,
I tried to use the ECG App in Germany.
Unfortunately I get the Error message "unable to connect to the Fitbit server" when i click on the Start Button ( under Explorer -> ECG Check)
If I click directly on the ECG logo/picture and there on "Let's go", the message comes up that it is not available in my country.... but it is available since october in Germany, or not?!
Location ist set on automatic in the App

@Matze_85, you indicate that "Location ist set on automatic in the App", have you checked the settings to ensure it shows the location as Germany?

yes i checked that. I have allready set the location manually to, but the same fault 😞

Currently same issue here. Samsung s10lite. App says location is germany in App setting access to all settings are allowed

I have the same issue. Got my sense today and checked every possible setting, but it tells me it's not available in my country. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

I just tried again and it's working now, didn't change anything. Hope the problem is fixed for you guys, too.
