Sense- no text mesages

Have followed directions in other posts about text messages, but i dont even see a place where text messges can be selected. Emails are coming thru and thr notification of a text is shown but like others, only offers options of opening on phone. Tried the reboot, tried the forced stop. When i try to bluetooth sense controls route, says i need an app but app is already installed. Spent 260 for this as rated best on the market, getting very frustrated. Is this a known issue? Is a patch being worked on, or should i replace w versa... 

Help??

@Trin2853 are you on iPhone? There's no quick reply on iPhone. You still should be able to see a message body though. Make sure you have enabled the preview in the message app notification settings on your phone.
