when I put my fingers on the corners of my watch, instead of a nice thin line tracing of my ECG, it's all blocks and keeps restarting to 30s and telling me to sit and stay still (which I am).  I haven't had issues with the ECG function before.  What is happening?

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense to take your ECG readings. Thank you for the information provided.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Watch by following these steps. In addition, you can uninstall and reinstall the ECG app. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I remove apps from my Fitbit watch?"

When using the ECG app please make sure their fingers are clean and dry. If you continue having difficulties, please ask if others around your are able to take a reading on your device.

For instructions on how to take an ECG readings, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I use the Fitbit ECG app?"
