Hello all, just got my new Fitbit sense today and whilst I can see the ecg app, it is telling me that it isn’t available in my location. I am in Ireland and was under the impression when I purchased this Fitbit that the ecg was available in Ireland. Does anyone know if it is actually available here and if so, how on earth do I activate it? Many thanks!

@LWMurphy @sayura @Anna_ try logging out and back in to Fitbit app. Check if ECG app is up to date (within Fitbit mobile app). If this doesn't help try reinstalling Fitbit app. Ive seen quite a few reports today so this may be something on the back-end. For some the ECG started working after a few hours.

I'm getting the same in the UK, which is also (along with Ireland) in the list of supported countries.

Also not working for me here in Germany. Looking through the forum, it seems to be a problem in quite a few countries that should be supported.

As mentioned. More countries will be added as their government fived approval. This is a medicak device and like the COVID vaccine, before it may be released the government needs to give the go ahead.
