front screen still in diff laungage

finally getting fitbit sense to connect to wifi all connected. but watch still arrow in middle of a rectagle box  with instructions in all lanuages on it. tried reset button. removed sense added it back nothing. stuck on this front screen anybody has similar or advice please.

@petalrose just to confirm - your sense is linked with your Fitbit account (you can see it in your Fitbit mobile app) but the main screen still shows a startup screen? Like the one before pairing? Does it react to swipes? What happens when you keep pressing the button for 10 seconds or so (it should reboot - go black and logo should flash)? What happens when you if it to the charger?

HI I RANG THE HELP LINE AFTER LOTS ATTEMPTS FINALLY LOGGED WITH WIFI AND IT UPDATED SENSE AND NOW WORKING
