Uk banks

Why have you not got many banks on Fitbit pay for uk customers I have a Fitbit sense and had a Fitbit charge 3 love Fitbit this really needs looking into as you have loads of Fitbit customers in uk missing out on Fitbit pay

Hi @Babysoph and welcome to the community.  In order for more banks to be supported they (the bank) needs to allow Fitbit to use their services.  Maybe lobby your bank and ask them to support Fitbit.

Garmin Pay have the same issue, most of the big banks aren't included in the list of approved banks.  I wonder if it's a bank issue???

@marksurry as @SunsetRunner mentioned, the bank has to make a decision to connect up with Fitbit. Then they have to go into their system and to setup the link to Fitbit. 

As for as this setup goes, it is no different for the other virtual cards like Samsung pay, apple pay, Google pay. 

 

So yes it requires the bank. To do something.

Just set up a Starling account and occasionally top it up for situations where you want to pay quickly or won’t have your phone with you. I use it for buying coffees or the tube.
