Hi all,
I just bought my first Fitbit. I`m happy with it, but in the gallery I cannot see the ECM app. I am accessing it from Italy and it should be available here.
Do you know how do I solve this? I searched here, but I did not find any info.

@pedrovg2 I checked on the firmware history and agree that you have the current firmware. You should be able to contact Support from your mobile app by tapping on your profile image in the upper left > scroll down to Help & Support > Contact Customer Support. Or you can Get Support using a web browser.

Hello @pedrovg2 and welcome to the Community. Your Sense has the firmware from when it was manufactured. The ECG app wasn't active when the Sense was brand new. It was activated with an update. Fitbit is constantly sending out updates to newly activated devices. Be patient and you should get your updates in 24-48 hours.

Hello @LZeeW . Thanks for your answer.
My Fitbit is in version 128.6.12, that is principle is the last one. Even though it is not showing nothing about the ECG... 😞
