Inaccurate HR Monitor - I’m fed up!!

Got the Sense when they had the Ionic recall. Thought I was getting a top of the line Fitbit decide but was wrong. HR monitor is way off during workouts  - way below and always reading that I’m below zones during workouts. It’s been 4 months with countless messages with Fitbit and the issue has t been resolved and doesn’t sound like it ever will. So disappointed with Fitbit after being a long time customer.  I’m charging up and going back to my Ionic and will use it til it dies. Once or no longer works I’m going elsewhere. Fitbit doesn’t care about loyalty  so why should I.

Coming from Polar, I found the HR reading to be low as well (when compared to Polar devices and a medical device.)  I have discovered that if the Fitbit Sense is pushed up the arm until it fits tight during active workouts, the readings are closer to being accurate.  It might help you some to try this as well.

Tried going back to my Ionic but Fitbit has permanently disabled it. Stuck with the annoying Sense and inaccurate HR monitor. Thanks Fitbit!!
