Hello all,
I bought my sense few weeks ago in Canada and now that i'm back in Italy for holidays i'm able to test the ECG app.
Is it normal that i have like 15/20 bpm difference when i compare an ECG reading and the one from optical sensor?
Or should i get in contact with the Customer service?

Hi @Mladen90
The reported heart rate in the EGG graph is the average heart rate.
Where are you seeing the heart rate from the optical sensor for this time period.
It wasn't in the Sense.

I tried this morning after i woke up and was not able to do it because for the ECG i had always a rate lower than 50bpm(40/45) while on the watch/fitbit app the optical sensor was showing around 60.
I tried like 6-7 times and always the same situation.
I tried later during the day and, while i'm able to take ecg, the difference between the 2 sensor is always there.
What i do is:
-check the heart rate on the watch for few seconds to be sure that is updated and that there are no big changes(last one i was between 78-80)
-ECG for 30 secs
-after finish the ECG, check again the rate shown on the watch for few seconds(again, the last time i was same as the beginning so between 78-81)
-check ECG report and using the average bpm(last one was 60) to compare it with what i had before and after with the optical sensor.
Attaching the report if it can be of any help.

I checked again, 30 minutes after a workout and everything was fine.
Optical was between 88-90 with a short drop to 82 before i started the ECG and after the ECG it was again between 87-90 while the average bpm from ECG was 86.
Will try again tomorrow to see if i'll get anything strange.
