Ecg does not working

Hello everyone.

I have fitbit sense and I am from Slovakia, the ECG is not available there, so I switched my location to Canada, because I want to use ECG also thought it wil work. It doesn't. I am able to install the ECG app on the sense, but when I want to do a measurement it says: "to get started open the fitbit mobile app" I click on open and then open the it on my phone, scroll down, there is get started button which doesn't do anything when I tap on it.

Do have anyone some idea to get it work?

Hi @SamuelZ  I'm thinking that your phone knows you're not in Canada, that could be why you're unable to use that feature. To be sure, I've notified a Fitbit Moderator about your post, so they can stop by with more information.

I think that too. Probably it would be because of that my phone capture my location in Slovakia.
