Cannot get my ecg app to do the initial base for heart rythim on new Sense with premium. Followed the video but just won't run. I use a pixel phone.

Hi @gutsmo,

 

Do you have the BT on your phone turned on?  You will need this to upload the report, and the few times I've tried it, it says you need to have the BT on to run the report, as well has having the Fitbit app open.
