Email notifications are not coming through my Sense

All my notifications are set up but I’m not receiving emails on my Sense. I’ve run though all notifications and ensured all steps have been taken. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Could it be bc I have a hotmail account?

@SR.Fit.BIT Thanks for following the steps I recommended. 

To better assist you, may I know what emails are the one you want to receive (Gmail, iCloud)?  Are you using iOS or Android device? Do you have more than one email that you want to receive notifications from?

In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd suggest resetting the notifications and set them up again. To do so:

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" the bluetooth connection to your Fitbit device:
    1. On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
    3. Find the option to forget the device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again, then sync your Fitbit device.

Thanks I’m going to try these steps right after I send this message.

 

I’m on iPhone.

I only have 1 email on my phone 

I also cannot receive or sync my calendar 

 

Update:  Hi so I tried and still nothing. 
on the app, under notifications, it only provides me the option for calls, texts, calendar; no mail (email)

 

the watch doesn’t even give me the option to click on emails or view them

@SR.Fit.BIT Thanks for those details. 

Are you still not able to select emails? If so, please tell someone to send an email, then check your Fitbit app and see whether Email is already an option to be selected.

Ya still nothing (unfortunately) and it is so frustrating. 
Ya I’m my profile it definitely has my email “set up” but under notifications, there is no area to check off email (mail) as notifications.
