Hi. I've had my fitbit sense for a few weeks now and recently it stopped asking for the unlock pin number when it ought to altogether. The device syncs with the app just fine but when I go into the Device Lock option and try to change the pin, I just get "Error Connecting to Sense" every time. I'm a little worried about this for security reasons since I use fitpay. How can I fix this?

I would try shutting down/restart the Sense.
