So far on my sense I've had to replace the band, two chargers, and now the whole watch. My watch got stuck on the cycle of the logo screen. The quality of these watches have gone down hill immensely. Don't walk, run away from all Fitbit products. The warranty will replace my Fitbit with the same watch but won't restart my warranty period, so once my new watch dies I'll just be out of luck. Find a better company that stands behind their products. My whole family has Fitbit devices, but we will be changing over in the near future.
