Hi @Barlowe  - if you are holding on it won't measure steps as there is not enough arm movement, the same happens pushing a shopping trolley around.

 

It will measure HR but possibly not very accurately.

 

You can choose to show HR in the exercise setup before you start if you select it before starting.
