Exercise and Settings don't work

The Exercise button on my Fitbit Sense doesn't work. Every time I press it, it comes back to the same screen after a few seconds. I saw a few posts suggesting factory resetting my watch, but my Settings button, too, has the same problem—it tries for about 10 seconds to open, and then my watch goes to sleep. When I wake it, it displays the same screen again.

I have had enough. This was my third Fitbit in 2 years. Switching to Garmin forever.
