I’ve had my sense for a couple of weeks now and it is not recording my spo2 levels. I’ve read previous posts about downloading the spo2 clock face, the spo2 tracker, removing it, restarting my phone and the watch, logging in and out of the app and still nothing. What’s going on?!

Hi, @Kir32, welcome, you may be interested in this article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? which contains guidance and advice including trouble shooting.
I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.

I think there is yet another update occuring on Fitbit/app side or the last update messed things up. I've been having this issue for almost 3wks now. It isn't monitoring my sleep stages or SPO2 properly. I've owned my sense for 2yrs and have learned that everytime something like this happens (which is more and more often) it's because Fitbit is programming something behind the scenes. Nothing you do will fix it till they leave things alone.
My sleep stages and SPO2 has monitored properly 1x in 3wks. It's frustrating. I feel like all I'm wearing is an overpriced step counting watch most of the time.
I wish I had the fix for you. Mine hasn't worked without glitches since 6 months after purchase.
