Tracker issue

Sensr tracker not working for skin temp and erratic on sleep tracking. I called customer service and was told they were aware and will monitor. WHAT!!. JUST ABOUT HAD IT WITH THEY ASSISTANCE AND WILL BE LOOKING TO RETURN . IF THEY KNEW ABOUT THIS THIS should  HAVE BEEN PULLED OFF THE SHELVES. ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING.?

I'm not aware of how long they've known about this issue, nor am I defending them at all, but issues like this take time.  For all we know, they may be rolling out a fix this week (for the record, I have no idea if they'll do that or not).  

 

Do you mind explaining what the issue is so that others are aware?
