I've had the Sense for a little over a month now. I can not get the exercize app or the sleep app to work properly. I take a nap and the Sense doesn't track it. I work out nearly every morning and when I launch the exercise app, neither the heart rate nor by extension the calorie burn count are accurate. Today I was doing a very intense HIIT workout. My heart rate, per my physical check of my pulse, was well into the 140s. But Sense showed 90s! It's so frustrating. And all FitBut support does send me through the same circle of "troubleshooting" - so many times I have tightened, loosened, moved it up the wrist, moved it down the wrist, clean the contacts, wipe the contacts. It's been a constant cycle of following support to reboot, resync, reset to factory original. And they sent me to Twitter to fix it but when it didn't get fixed and I went back to Twitter to ask why they stopped helping me, they blocked me on Twitter! I'm very frustrated. It's making me crazy! $250 and it doesn't do what it's supposed to and customer service has abandoned me!

I'm not sure what sleep app your referring to @DallasJen your sense has a sleep mode that turns off all notifications except the alarm.
For sleep to be detected, the sleep period needs to be at least 1 hour for simple sleep and 3 hours for. For shorter periods of sleep, you may want to use the Start sleep now mode that is found in the fitbit app.
As for the exercises, are you using the manual start mode, found on the tracker, or letting fitbit decide?
