Attempting to select an exercise to start on my Sense doesn't work. I slide over to the orange running guy, tap on him and it looks like its going to open to the list of exercises but it does not, it goes back out to the main screen. I have restarted my watch three times and it is still doing the same thing. Any ideas for me to get this back, it was working the day before.

I contacted fitbit customer service. After only one minute and 30 seconds of very simple troubleshooting, of which I had done already before contacting them, the individual determined my watch was defective and I needed to send it in for a replacement. So, from an earlier post this past year when I was having a problem with this same watch, I repeated the hard reset instructions given to me in that post. It took me three attempts, but when it was done, the exercise options returned. Here are the steps for a hard reset. (my watch had a factory reset option in settings but it did not work, just like the exercises). I hope this helps someone. I am sad that my Sense has so many bugs and that I have to keep these "Hard Reset" steps handy because I have to use them often. I am committed to this watch, but when the time comes to get a new one, not too sure I will consider a fitbit. I will have to look at other options when that time comes.
This excerpt was taken from the transcript of my chat with the Fitbit rep.
Let's do the factory reset. However, it will delete your apps on the Fitbit. But, you can install it afterwards.
Don’t plug the Fitbit device into the charging cable.
Press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off.
After the screen turns off, you'll feel a short vibration:
When you feel the vibration, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
Wait until the blue logo appears, then disappears:
Immediately release the button and then immediately press and hold it .again, until you feel a vibration.
After you feel the vibration, release the button.
This vibration indicates you started the factory reset.
Wait for approximately 12 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the
device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup
Wait for a couple of minutes.
wait until the Fitbit logo comes back with different languages.
You just have to setup it up on your phone again just like you did the first time you setup the Fitbit.
On the setup page, you will see the "Replace".
Tap that then proceed.
During setup, it will ask you to update the firmware that will take a while.
But after that, you are all set.
