Exercise app not giving drop down menu

When I tap on exercise, instead of giving the menus it goes back to exercise. Can’t get it to go walk. I’ve reset the sense but still won’t work right. It was working fine yesterday but now it doesn’t. Will not connect to GPS for detailed report.

You say that you can not start an exercise event because no events are displayed? 

Then you mention that it won't connect to GPS, does this mean that you have started an exercise event? 

You say that you reset the watch, was this a factory reset, is the tracker been setup to your account? 

Did you reset the tracker, by doing a setup through the fitbit app? 

Maybe it was only a restart?

Yes I did a reset from the app and still nothing, I was guessing it wouldn’t get GPS. 


When tomorrow comes, I owe it nothing but to have enjoyed today. Life is an adventure to be be enjoyed.
