Hi, charged my new versa to 100% before i go to sleep. During the night, the battery had drained to zero. Everything is uppdated. Checked several YouTube videos for tips, but i see that the battery is still draining fast during the daytime. Could it be a faulty unit? I have not done a factrory reset.

Hi @Thosse - before taking more drastic action try removing the SpO2 tracker app [and any SpO2 clock face] and Snore detection, they can drain the battery quite quickly.
Also try a complete shutdown from the watch settings menu, then wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it fully again to make sure you are working with a clean operating system.
See also How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life. for more information on battery draining.
Failing that you can chat via the Fitbit App, click the profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
If it turns out faulty - take it back to where you bought it for a refund and buy a new one over the counter.
