Exercise app not working on my Sense

Exercise app on my Fitbit Sense has stopped working? When I select it just goes straight back to main screen? Also noticed today the settings app had disappeared & had to reinstall that? Have restarted watch twice but still not working.

I have done the reset and reinstalled my fitbit.  The exercise app still does not work.

This happened to me last month. I had to Uninstall my fit bit app and reinstall it, which didn't make sense but it worked

The exercise app on my Sense is still not working despite considerable time & effort, have tried all of the trouble shooting instructions & nothing has worked. 😡

Same!! so frustrating! The first reason I have stuck with Fitbit is unity and challenges, and they took that away. - which  I think was very intentional. Then the exercise app no longer works which was my second reason for utilizing Fitbit😡

Mine stopped working too. Restart hasn't helped.

A full factory reset seems to have fixed the problem? 👍

It has NOT  fixed the problem. The app still does not work. I am VERY disappointed with this process.

Re-open the Fitness App

It's not always healthy for your device battery to close the recent apps every time. However, when such a problem arises, or when your app crashes or is not working, you should close the apps and re-open them
