Exercise dhortcuts missing from both app and sense

The exercise shortcuts listing is missing from the menu in my app. Subsequently I cannot record an exercise using my sense. I have done a reset on my sense and I have also deleted and reloaded my app but it has not fixed the problem

Hi @ErinDM. There is no exercise shortcuts list for the Sense. All the exercises available are already preprogrammed onto the device. 

You can create a double tap shortcut of four exercises on your Sense by going into Settings > Shortcuts > Double Press. 

As far as exercises not recording, have you tried doing a total factory reset? Can you explain the behavior you’re experiencing when you try to start an exercise?

It has worked and I can now record my exercise
