The screen is going crazy when I touch it and won’t let me access settings to reset it. I’ve held down the button multiple times and tried to replace the face. It syncs and lets me change the face but won’t let me do anything else.

My Fitbit Sense started glitching this morning after I charged it. I am unable to reset it as it keeps going to the blue screen. I tried to hold down the button to reset and even tried updating from the app but nothing works. If you find a solution, please let me know!

This issue just happened to me this morning. Was working fine yesterday. Put it on the charger overnight and now it won't boot at all. Same issue - Fitbit logo comes up and then disappears. It does this over and over. I'm trying a few of the tricks I've read about online with no success as of yet. Going to wait for the Fitbit battery to totally go out and then try the recharge for an hour idea.

If that doesn't work, I'll see what support says as I received this as a Christmas present just 8 months ago.
