Exercise feature not working Sense

on the device face, when i hit 'Exercise', the loading screen starts but it reverts back to the previous face/screen. This is not an issue for any other feature, e.g. when i hit 'EDA Scan' it loads momentarily and then brings me to the EDA Scan screen, same for 'Today', it loads then brings up all my stats for today etc. Only Exercise is not working.  In addition, all the contact/help pages i've tried on this website are coming up with either 404 errors, or just blank pages. Sense: Firmware version 44.128.6.17.

@Jean_C_86. I just returned to the Forum for the first time since all the Ionic fiasco. The exact same problem you have is happening to my Sense since this morning. So I decided to get onto these pages to see if anybody else has complained about it. And so I found you.

 

I want to be able to use the exercise feature to select Treadmill, Weights etc while in the gym. It was driving me nuts today when every time I selected Exercise it just returns to Exercise. I have rebooted the Sense 3 times this evening by pressing and holding the button down until the Fitbit logo appears, then letting go just as the user manual instructs. It doesn't do anything to help. 

 

So, Fitbit Moderators, what can you do to help please?
