Hi all, I Went for my daily run earlier but the exercise logo button won't work. When pressed it just comes up with exercise & then goes back to the home screen. I have tried this many times & even reset the Sense twice with the Fitbit logo. However I still cannot select any exercises so I can't track my runs. Any ideas as this is the first time this has happened? Thanks

I also noticed that the settings button doesn't work either. Strange!

I realised that the security pin isn't asked for when I take my watch off to charge it now either. I can access different screens too without my pin. However it does ask for it to access my wallet for my MasterCard. This is all happening since Friday.

Hi all. Just been through tech support and they tried a manual reset which didn't work & put a new clock face on. After this the button didn't seem to do much. They then informed me they would contact me about the warranty as they think it's faulty. If there is a charge I will bin it and return to my Seiko dive watch & just use my Samsung app on my phone for my run's. Not good for a premium fitness watch!

Thank you for the update Brimson. Their response makes me think that if your watch is "faulty" as they say, then all of ours are??? I'm also considering replacing mine with a different brand.

I've just received an email from Fitbit and after 16 months I could get 50% off another model or a complimentary replacement of the Sense. I've opted for the same model. I think that's very fair. The order is now in progress. Thank you Fitbit!
