I think my Sense is about 2 years old and a couple of days ago it suddenly started constantly restarting to the Fitbit logo, stops and restarts again. I've tried looking for online assistance but nothing is helping including removing device, turning off Bluetooth on my phone etc. Is there something else I can try?
I've been a user for 10 years and haven't had a device yet last more than a couple of years and I figured spending a couple of hundred $ might yield better quality but now feeling frustrated again and may look for a different brand if this can't be resolved.

Hi @Cantmakesense - as a first step remove the watch entries from all Bluetooth devices so that it can't find an app.
If it still reboots it may have a fault. You can try a factory reset with the button to see if you can set it up again. Depending on the cause it may or may not work.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to get help with that process.
