Omg what a mission - I cannot see friends that have also excepted Facebook syn on the fitbit app! What am I doing wrong? 

Also is counting steps as arm movements how to I stop this?

Hi @Sharleen1 these are wrist based devices and your arm movements are needed to get the steps recognized. If you push a stroller or shopping cart the steps aren't always counted as the hands aren't moving. This is normal and there isn't anything you can do about it. If you feel you're getting too many steps, you can remove them.
