Hi @Slthlyf. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is odd and to work on this matter, please let me know your country and the name of your bank. What is the model of your phone? Also, could you take a screenshot of the error messages displayed and attach them in your reply

In the meantime, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Sense > Wallet and try setting up Fitbit Pay one more time.

Hope this helps.

Hi Lizzy,  I tried what you mentioned with the same errors. I am in the US, bank is wells Fargo, and I am using a Pixel 5.

Thanks,

PS - I didn't see a way to attach a screenshot

Hi @Slthlyf. It's good to see you again.

Thanks for getting back with the requested information, as well as trying the steps suggested above. I've confirmed that both your phone and bank are supported; however, since the issue persists when setting up Fitbit Pay, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team. That way, they can investigate what may be occurring and provide you with further assistance. Please click here to get connected with them via chat or phone, and make sure to share the steps you've tried so far.

See you around.
