I bought 2 of Fitbit Sense in Singapore and sent to Korea for my parents in 2022
one of sense was totally not respond after 2months and they said that they are going to send email to my father to replace to new one.
they sent email that created the label (it was Nov 2022) and they said my replacement is almost set in Mar 2023
but still no response at all. i was waited about more than a year. i don't know what's going on..

I bought it in June after it was advertised as waterproof. I step into my pool and in 30s it dies and won't turn on. after talking to support it restarted. about 2 months later it just completely dies. no water, no damage, nothing. and now neither Fitbit nor the place I bought it from will refund it. Fitbit is a scam.
