Hi @BayRidgeMo and welcome to the Fitbit world. I’ve used both Apple Watches and many Fitbit devices. I’ve found the logic between the two companies to be very different. It’s not an intuitive jump. I do not have a suggestion for an educational clip. There are a lot out there but since the Sense offers so many features, none I have seen cover enough. My best suggestion is to do what I did - read the manual. Maybe others here can suggest videos they liked.
On a side note, I’m a retired IT geek who always prided myself on not needing manuals. But it was definitely worth my time to read this one. The Sense offers so much! I wanted to make sure I took advantage of it all!
Thanks so much for the reply and the tip , I did like the manual pretty much , however , like u 🙂 close to my retirement, I tend to be lazy and visualize things more than reading 🙂
