Will the syncing issue be resolved?

Really looking forward to upgrading my Versa 2 for some of the newer features on the Sense. But I'm concerned it's going to have the same sporadic syncing problems. Have a Nokia 7.2 have only ever had the one Fitbit device hooked up to it and the same problems are there as the previous phone and previous Fitbit.

Won't sync when you push it, won't maintain connections, won't sync after restart, won't sync after uninstall re install etc .... Tried all the normal things.

It's my understanding Fitbit bought out Pebble years ago. My previous Pebble never had these issues. You have the Tech Fitbit get it right.

So has it been fixed?

Hi @Jubb - your phone is not on the list of Supported Devices. This is likely why you have experienced so many problems. Is your phone updated to OS 7.0 or higher? Sometimes that will help.

Running Android version 10. It would just be nice to see this sync issue
fixed. I had an oppo before this with the same watch, same problem, my
friend had a Samsung 9 with the watch, Same problem. I would like to see
Fitbit work on this problem.
They have the Tech.
I would like to know if the syncing issue will be resolved for the sense,
has Fitbit changed anything to make this happen. Or is it likely to be the
same issue?

Try clearing the Fitbit cache.

Not aimed at you, @SunsetRunner , but I despise this answer. The list of supported devices in extremely thin. Basically, a huge chunk of the Fitbit Community shouldn't purchase devices is what I am hearing.

From what I recall, they never come back to that list to update it. Many of the "newest devices" per manufacturer are more than a year old.....

Unfortunately the Sense has exactly the same Sync issues as all of its predecessors. I got it yesterday and it would simply not sync until today. I really do not understand how such a central aspect of smartwatch can still be broken, after at least the third generation having these issues. My phone is also on the list of supported phones, so that cannot be the reason either. But just to clarify, that list is entirely irrelevant and no one should ever tell you that your phone is the issue (as long as your phone supports the appropriate bluetooth version). Bluetooth is standardized and the issue is clearly with Fitbit having faulty software.
