That is the last Fitbit device I purchase. The product is less than six months old and malfunctioned almost daily, until if finally gave up last week. I will be switching to a company that actually puts research into constructing a FITNESS device that does what is says it can do. What a garbage product. Looking forward to purchasing a new Garmin or Solar tracker today.

I hope you find your new device fits you needs.  If you change your mind, another possibility would be to mention a specific problem to see if anyone here has any suggestions.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
