Feedback to app changes .

With all the changes and negative comments about app changes makes me wonder who you're trying to please.   They changed the whole color scheme. Now they take away features,  such as sleep score. Most app makers are supposed to give the customers what they want to see.  instead it seems they make changes for changes sake, like,  look what i did?   I'm getting more and more frustrated with every change.  You need to get a grip on what customers want.  Make changes that the customers want.

I'm upset they say they're no longer supporting my Sense watch!  It's still working, so why do they want to stop supporting it?  I assume they want to sell me a newer device I don't want or need.?  I do still get a sleep score.  Do  they not provide one on newer  devices?  Again, They won't sell me a device that doesn't provide a sleep score.

@MikeInGV Sleep Score is still available. If you are not getting yours, you may want to do some troubleshooting to get it back. Here is a Help Article with information about how to do that.

I am getting inconsistent sleep feedback for no identifiable reason.  Of greatest concern is suddenly no info on irregular heart rate notifications which is especially troubling since I have Afib which I track via KardiaMobile during the day and my Sense at night. Has anyone else experienced this?

@Spopar   Your atrial fibrillation will keep you from getting sleep scores.  Fitbit uses changes in heart rate and breathing rate to estimate sleep stages.  Atrial fibrillation is a very irregular rhythm.  You need to be in a regular rhythm (at least most of the time) to get sleep stages.

Here is a link to Fitbit's Irregular Rhythm Notifications Help Article with an important section expanded for you.  Fitbit's Irregular Rhythm Notifications feature isn't intended for people previously diagnosed with AFib.  Please read the whole section.  It explains a lot.

Thank you for the response and link. Very interesting. I have been diagnosed with afib for over a year, monitor it during the day with KardiaMobil….both have been perfectly in sync during this time until the last week or so. This struck me as odd that suddenly I showed not nighttime afib; however, the swings have not been huge and could by why. As for not showing sleep benchmarks this is a sporadic problem both my wife (without afib) and I experience every couple of months for at least several days. It never makes sense why this happens. It doesn’t happen exactly on the same nights for us but in close proximity.
