I ordered my fit bit last year in April or May, I would have to research my files for confirmation of exact date. My problem is I have been totally unhappy with the Sense since I have owned, I am a avid customer of FITBIT for the customer service, My fit bit Sense quit working about 2 weeks ago, when I attached to the charger it does nothing, it will not power on at all. Could you please advise? I use it mostly for steps, although the feature for reading emails was an added plus that doesnt work correctly I set up the notifications and for the notification for phone calls, it works for a short period of time then loses it again. I have had a fit bit flex and a fit bit alta never had any problems with either.
