Fit bit sense won't startup

Hi there, 

 

I just bought new fit bit sense and its doesn't work with my phone. Phone say its sync with sense but senss ke asking to download the fitbit apps which is its already downloaded. Sense won't started tried to delete device and re try to start up again.. Same thing happen.. 

 

Please help!!!

Sounds like the final firmware hasn't been installed. 

I would try the setup again.

Hi  @Mawis Have you tried restarting your Sense? If not give it a try and then try setting up again. If that doesn't help you will need to return the Sense to the shop you bought it from or contact Fitbit Support.

Its work already.. I just need to reset the sense and retry to set up again and its work.. Thank you..
