FitBit Sense Still Not Charging

Bought a FitBit Sense in December 2021.  Stopped charging July 2022. FitBit replaced the Sense a week ago.  Attempted to charge . . . still will not charge. Watching it die.  Plugged the Sense charger into every USB charger and my laptop . . . nothing will work.

 

Anyone have a solution that will work?

I'm having the same issue. They actually just replaced my charger. Good to know that I'm not the only one in this boat. What all did you try to fix it?

Hi @GarryLee  - unfortunately they replaced your good watch instead of the charge cable. See instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If your battery stopped charging, try the solutions below. The pins on the device or charging cable are dirty. Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device

Check the charging pins. I think u will find one of 

them not protruding up or broken. Get a new one

The issue was the charger. I bought a new charger and after a day the old
Sense revived.

The charging prongs on the original are either too short, or too flimsy.
The 3rd party replacement are longer.

That’s exactly what it was. They’re sending me a new one. I’m glad I checked. It’s just taking forever for it to get here.
