Bought a FitBit Sense in December 2021. Stopped charging July 2022. FitBit replaced the Sense a week ago. Attempted to charge . . . still will not charge. Watching it die. Plugged the Sense charger into every USB charger and my laptop . . . nothing will work.
Anyone have a solution that will work?

Hi @GarryLee - unfortunately they replaced your good watch instead of the charge cable. See instructions How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Best AnswerIf your battery stopped charging, try the solutions below. The pins on the device or charging cable are dirty. Dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device
