FitBit not syncing and random restarts

I am very disappointed 😢 in purchasing a FitBit Sense.

 

I struggle constantly to sync with iOS 14.6, and this happens even after spending hours each time, un-pairing and re setting as per all the forum recommendations.

 

I also have random restarts even when holding the device still on my wrist, without accidentally pushing on the haptic button.

Will these issues be resolved in the next update or should I insist the vendor provides me with a refund.

A lot of money paid for a poor experience.

 

Please advise.

Also had battery drain issues - from 100% to 7% in less than 24 hours.

 

After more restarts, this seems to have stopped at least.

My Sense is draining in about 8 hours. Very frustrating

Do a factory reset, after that..turn off bluetooth and only turn it on when you want to sync.

I have exactly the same issue as well. I’m pretty peed off! I disconnect & then reconnect- it works once and then Im back to it not syncing. I haven’t got time to constantly remove device & start again! x

Sorry, isn’t that like - don’t drive your car unless it’s a Thursday and a full moon?

 

FitBit implies the product should work on demand, and is not delivering. Sad
