Fitbit App Gallery is not loading

I can't set my weather or anything. When I go to hit the settings button it leads me to nothing but a blank screen. How do I fix this?!?

You don't fix it.  It's a Fitbit bug affecting Settings many places getting blank screens.  All you can do is wait, or maybe complain enough to get them to make this a higher priority fix.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

If so, please note that as @JohnnyRow has mentioned, we've been this inconveniences affecting only Android users but it has already been escalated to our team so they can identify a resolution as soon as possible. I have an iPhone and am experiencing the same issues as jdm3. The problem is not specific to Android phones. My phone has been inoperable 3 days now.  Yesterday I  called customer service and didn’t receive any resolution. My call was disconnected after about 30 minutes with no call back received after continuously being placed on hold.
