@heikim It's good that the community is growing! 

Thank you for your inquiry about the availability of the ECG app for your country. At this time there isn't any news about this possibility but you can keep an eye on Fitbit's blog to get any updates about this. As you can read in this Blog Post it will be available in the near future for the following countries:

"² Available starting in October in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Portugal, Romania, Ireland, Italy, Spain, France, and Hong Kong."
