My credit Card isn't appearing on my Sense (constant 'Set up Wallet' message). It is still visible in the App, however I can't get into the wallet setup. It has a banner prompting a shift to google pay, however I want to remain on Fitbit Pay for now.
The wallet screen on the app spins on 'Checking Authentication' and 'Syncing' but never moves past this.
Even the Google wallet setup link doesn't work so I have no option for my wallet to work at present?!
The web interface only lets me delete Fitbit Pay, so that option didn't work either.
Any ideas or anyone else with this issue?

So no joy from this thread or other avenues for resolution; maybe this is a not so subtle way of forcing the move from Fitbit Pay to Google Pay?
Anyway, that's what I have now done; I've got my Wallet working again by moving to Google Pay.

I’ve reinstalled app (a couple of times), restarted my sense and I now get up to a screen that asks to verify my card via SMS, however I get ‘an unexpected error has occurred’ message and can’t the card working?

Having the same issue and when contacted support they tell me it needs to go to a higher support team. Still no response or follow up as to when this might be sorted.

next time i get an apple watch. at least they have good customer service and the product works!

i'd be happy with that, but like lizzie23 said, still waiting for a way to do this from the high support team. after no response to my questioning if they have a solution, they closed the case

I have iPhone 14 Pro and latest iOS. I couldn’t find google pay in the Apple Store. How did you set it up?

the app defaults to my old Google Pay from 2 weeks ago when I had my Samsung phone. nobody can tell me how to fix this and use Fitbit pay instead. this is a big part of the problem I think. you CAN get Google payin the apple store. i just checked again

When I went to Fitbit wallet from the Fitbit app there was a notice saying google pay is now available. I followed that link and was able to setup using google pay. Of course, if you do not already have google pay setup anywhere else you will need to register and set this up too.

Are folks trying to use Google Pay on their watch or phone? I have been using Google Pay on my phone for years, but see no option to use it from my Sense. Even if you setup Google Pay on your phone I don't think it will transfer to our watches.
