I have had Fitbit for awhile now, I keep upgrading to the new devices. Currently have the Sense. As much as I love my watch I am ready to give up and switch to a different brand. I thought by now there would be more Canadian banks added to Fitbit pay but it seems we don't matter. We pay good money for our devices so why should we go without all the services Fitbit offers

Hi, @toniannm84, welcome to the community, my understanding is it's up to the banks to talk to Fitbit. I suggest you ask your bank why they do not have an agreement with Fitbit.

Thank you for your information. I will certainly talk to my bank and many
others if that is what it takes.

Hi, @toniannm84, I live in the UK where there are only 8 banks that have a relationship with Fitbit (2 more than in Canada) I opened an account with Starling for my day to day outgoings as their app registers charges within seconds on touching the RFID reader.

Fitbit Pay™ Bank &Transit Support List includes the list of Canadian banks.

Cheers
