My Sense which is less than 7 months old, has begun loosing it's charge. I'm a android user and cannot understand what's happening. Please help, I'm having to charge within two days.

Started happening to me over the last few weeks too. iPhone. Charged it for 24hrs. Fitbit face not a third party. Still only holds charge for about 2 days.

Try stopping the phone's Bluetooth and see if the situation improves.

If that is the answer, that is a bad solution.

@SunsetRunner - it's not the solution, it's away to isolate the cause, which may well be the Fitbit App.

Got it. I contacted support. All they want to do is deflect instead of figure out what is happening. I have had my Sense for about 3 months....using it the same exact way since I received it. No third party apps or anything like that. Over the past few days. I have had to charge it every 2 days. This is frustrating.

Hello
If you have snore detect turned on it will drain your battery
AOD is also a battery killer
If its none of the above have you got a clock face that has lots of animation?
Try restarting your Sense see if that helps
Last resort do a factory reset

Same here! I turned all useful settings like gps, they had me let it run down from 100% to dead which only took 2 days snd now the support centre tell me I have to turn off the reminders to move. It drains 42% at night so how is that gonna help?? Am turn off snoring that makes sense!!

I guess reminders to move drains the battery tracking your steps. The notifications can’t amount to much. Doesn’t it check the 250 step count 10 min before the hour up. I have mine notifying me from 6 am to 8am. May want to tighten the window too.

No matter what it's designed to work with this feature active. Thanks

This is the winner, seems battery quality has improved dramatically. So turn off the snore function people, didn't need it anyway. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍻
